Welcome Rock fans.  If you are, one of the millions, and millions...well, needless to say if you are a fan of Dwayne Johnson, as I am, then you have to be excited for the success The Great One has earned in the last few years.

I became a fan back in 2000; but what really did it for me was after meeting The People's Champ in person.

I met the Rock on October 2, 2000, while he was doing an appearance at Sadler Auto, in Emporio, Virginia.  His appearance was to help raise money for some organizations in the area.

Not only did I get his autograph, but I also got to mumble a few words to him, though to a lot of people that sounds pathatic.  :-P Hey, this is The Rock we're talking about!!!  I shook his hand, and left a happy camper!

He is not only just as good looking, tall, and very well built in person, but every bit as charismatic and charming as a person can be.  His compassion to his fans was very obvious.  Even when they were trying to rush him off to his WWE house show in Richmond, he still managed a few seconds for some eager fans...smiling, shaking hands, and posing for pictures.  No wonder he has been named, The People's Champion...he really does care for the people!
